Okonkwo's second wife. The one who insults Okonkwo for his hunting skills after Okonkwo believing that someone killed his Banana Tree. Resulting in Ekwefi getting shot at herself.
Okonkwo's youngest wife who leaves to get her hair braided without telling him, not making any food, causing her to get beat by Okonkwo during the week of peace, resulting in him making a sacrifice to his shrine to make up for his evil to ensure that his clan is not jeopardized.
Okonkwo's son. Okonkwo sees too much of Unoka in him, resulting in numerous beatings that drives Nwoye to join the Christian missionaries and go to school towards the end of the book
From Mbaino, the trade son from the killer who is given to Umuofia for killing Udo's Wife, ends up becoming well like (but not shown) by Okonkwo. Then Obierika states that the Oracle wants Ikemefuna dead, and tells Okonkwo not to kill him, but he ends up killing him to not look weak.
He is a weird character, he is the first older character to start questioning the traditions of the Oracle. He has a son and is best friends with Okonkwo.
Obierika's son, a great wrestler. Is compared to Nwoye by Okonkwo, saying that Maduka is strong and Nwoye is weak like Unoka.
Okonkwo's daughters who he wanted to be a man. Is very caring towards Okonkwo. The one of ten children to survive, and has the whole scene where she leads the town on a goose chase to a place where she burried her devil child artifact. Ekwefi's only daughter to survive. (considered an Ogbanje child, with iyi-uwa).
The Umuofian trial system. The spirits from the Earth Goddess who give anonymous judgement to trials that are going on.
The priestess of Agbala. She takes Ezinma to a cave but Ekwefi is scared and follows. Then Okonkwo follows to make sure everything is alright. (First time we see Okonkwo have an emotion towards a living person)
Some god that also spoke to Unoka because he was poor and how he needed to work harder, not ask the gods for help.
Well known warrior in the tribe. He is the one who told Okonkwo not to take part in the killing of Ikemefuna. They then hold a warrior's funeral and fire off guns
He gets shot accidentally by Okonkwo at his father's funeral. Okonkwo is forced to leave because of his female crime.
Okonkow's Uncle who he meets in Mbanta where his mother is born for assylum for the female crime.
