supports and gives shape to the body and protects its organs.

the set or organs that uses information from the senses to control all body systems.

Spinal Cord
a thick bundle of nerves inside the spine that carries messages to and from the brain.
Peripheral Nerve
a nerve that is not part of the central nervous system and receives sensory information from cells in the body.

A group of tissues that work together to perform a specific job. (heart, lungs, skin)
