what is mindful break?
A few seconds break regularly or random set during the day during which you breath with awareness.
What are the benefits of mindful breaks
- Focus: helps you to renew your focus over and over again
- Energy: helps you sustain your energy throughout the day
- Health: it gives the brain a perceptual break
