Eris
Greek goddess of chaos, strife and discord. Was the only goddess not invited to the wedding of King Peleus and Thetis because of her disagreeable nature, so she threw a golden apple, which Athena, Aphrodite, and Hera fought over.
King Peleus
Married a nymph named Thetis and is father to Achilles. Son of Aeacus.
Thetis
A sea nymph who married King Peleus. Their wedding caused the Trojan War. Was mother of Achilles and did not dip his heel in the water to be immortal. Wanted to prtect son because he was fated to die in the war. Went to Zeus and asked him to give success to the Trojans.
Achilles
Son of King Peleus and Thetis. Had vulnerable heel and killed by Paris at end of war on heel. (on greek side)Kills Prince Memnon and Hector.
Paris
Son of King Priam and Queen Hecuba of Troy, who kidnapped Helen, queen of Sparta, causing the events that led to the Trojan War. Left to die on Mount Ida, but the boy was saved by drinking milk from a female bear. Living with his lover, Oeone, when had to pick who was the fairest.(chose Aphrodite because promised the most beautiful woman in the world) killed by Philoctetes

Priam
King of Troy and married to Queen Hecuba. Father was the Trojan king Laomedon. Achilles Killed son, Hector. Pleaded gods to make Achilles give Hector's body back for a proper burial.

Trojan king and father to king Priam(king of Troy) Sacrificed his daughter, Hesione.
Hesione
Daughter of King Laomedon and Pricess of Troy. Sister of Priam. Telamon, king of Salamis, took her as his second wife.

Husband of Hesione, who saved her from sea Monster.
Hera
was Zeus' wife and sister, and was raised by the Titans Oceanus and Tethys. She was the supreme goddess, patron of marriage and childbirth (on greek side)
Zeus
the god of the sky and ruler of the Olympian gods. Overthrew his father, Cronus, and brothers with Poseidon and Hades, he won the draw to take fathers throne and became the supreme ruler of the gods, as well as lord of the sky and rain. His weapon was a thunderbolt. He was married to Hera ( wanted to be neutral in war)
Hades
Brother of Zeus and Poseidon. drew poorly, which resulted in becoming lord of the underworld and ruler of the dead. God of wealth.
Poseidon
God of the sea and brother to Hades and Zeus. Drew the ruler of the sea when sharing universe with brothers. married Amphitrite (on greek side) under command, cursed Hippolytus for Theseus.
Amphitrite
Nymph who married Poseidon and had 2 sons named Triton, a merman; and Rhode.
Athena
goddess of reason, intelligent activity, arts and literature. She was the favorite daughter of Zeus; her birth is unique in that she did not have a mother. Instead, she sprang full grown and clad in armour from Zeus' forehead. (on greek side)
Aphrodite
Goddess of love. Aphrodite was married to Hephaestus; however, she had an affair with her brother Ares, god of war. (on Trojan side)
Ares
Ares was the god of war, and son of Zeus and Hera. Had affair with Aphrodite. (on Trojan side)
Hephaestus
god of blacksmiths, sculptors, metallurgy, fire and volcanoes. son of Zeus and Hera. married to Aphrodite; after he learned his wife had an affair with her brother, Ares, he devised a plan to humiliate them to the other gods.
Helen
daughter of Zeus and Leda. twin sister of Clytemnestra, she also had the twin brothers Castor and Pollux. Most beautiful woman in the world. Bride to Paris after he chooses the most beautiful woman in the world. Was kidnapped by Paris, while Menelaus was away. Brought to the city of Troy
Hector
Commander in chief of the Trojans and destined to die before Troy was taken. Killed by Achilles. prince of Troy, son of King Priam and Queen Hecuba. wife was Andromache and is Scamandrius or Astyanax. Greatest warrior of Troy and leader of Trojan army.
Cassandra
daughter of King Priam and Queen Hecuba. Apollo gave her the gift of foretelling the future and then tried to sleep with her. However, she rejected him and to punish her, he cursed her so that no one would ever believe her prophecies. Predicted the Fall of Troy.a prophetess, that had been forcefully taken from a temple of Athena.
Apollo
son of Zeus and Leto, twin brother of Artemis. He was the god of music. Father to Chryseis(side of Trojans)
Agamemnon
king of Mycenae or Argos, son of King Atreus and Queen Aerope. His brother was Menelaus and wife was Clytemnestra. Had four children. Was given Chryseis as a war prize, but refused to return her, so the Greek camp was stricken with a plague. Stole Achilles prize of honor, Briseis to replace loss. (On Greek side)

king of Sparta in Greek mythology, husband of Helen. parents were Atreus and Aerope, while his brother was Agamemnon. Commander of armies.

war prize to Achilles, but was stolen by Agamemnon
Artemis
Artemis was the goddess of chastity, virginity, the hunt, the moon, and the natural environment. daughter of Zeus and Leto, twin sister of Apollo. devoted to hunting and nature, she rejected marriage and love. told Theseus that Phaedra's note was fake and that Hippolytus was innocent.
Iphegenia
eldest daughter of Agamemnon, commander in chief of Greek army, would be sacrificed. Carried to alter to be killed under the guise of a wedding to Achilles
Calcuas
soothsayer who was called upon for help by the army. Declared that Artemis was angry because a hare and its babies had been slain by the Greeks.
Lycomedes
Achilles' mother sent him to live with the daughters of King _________________disguised as a woman. Odysseus, hearing that Achilles was there, went to the palace dressed as a merchant.
Odysseus
king of the island of Ithaca. Husband to Penelope and father to Telemachus. Went on journey to get back to family. Stole the bow and arrows of Hercules from Philoctetes. Got armor from achilles.

wife to Odysseus and would not marry and suitors in hopes that Odysseus would come back

princess of Troy in Greek mythology, daughter of King Priam and Queen Hecuba. Killed during the fall of Troy
Atalanta
her father, Lasus had her carried into the woods and left to die. However, a bear found her and adopted her. As she grew older she began to spend time with hunters and was soon the best amongst them. Would only marry if the person could beat her in a race. Melanion or Hippomenes beat her using golden apples to distract her. Mother to Parthenopaeus. Wanted to sail the Argo. Mother is Clymene.

was given three golden apples by aphrodite, which helped him win a footrace, which let him marry Atalanta. Child is Parthenopaeus.

Hercules
strongest of all mortals, last mortal son of zeus. Hera puts spell on Hercules making him kill his wife and children. Wanting to wash his sin away he goes to king Mycenae and is given the 12 labors, which he completes even though Hera wanted to see him fail. Marries a woman named Deinira. Suffers from potion and has to walk into fire because he was happy with his life

Deinira
marries Hercules, but believes that he doesn't love her, so throws a potion at him. The potion made him suffer, so he threw his own funeral and walked into fire.
King Eurystheus
king of Tiryns, a stronghold near Mycenae. He was the son of Sthenelus and Nicippe, grandson of Perseus. Was chosen by Hera to ask Hercules to complete the 12 labors
Philoctetes
received Hercules' bow and arrows, which later got stolen by Odysseus

supposed to be a sacrifice but, was saved by Perseus and married him.
Arcisius
king of Argos, son of Abas and Aglaea and twin brother of Proetus. Had one daughter: Danae.
at Oracle of Delphi, he found out that he would be killed by his daughter's son, so he made her a virgin and put her in prison. Zeus fell in love with Danae and made her pregnant, so he put them in a chest and threw them out to sea. Was later killed by her son, Perseus.
Danae
daughter of Arcisius, mother of Perseus, wife of Zeus. Zeus sneaked into her cell, which her father put her in because of an oracle. Perseus, her son later fulfilled the prophecy.
Perseus
Son of Danae and Zeus. Oracle said he would kill Arcisius, and so later fulfilled prophecy. Most famous for slaying Medusa. Accidentally killed grandfather without knowing. Is given winged sandals from Hermes and a sheild from Athena to kill Medusa.
Dictys
fisherman who found Danae and Perseus and gave them shelter. brother of King Polydectes of Seriphos

god of commerce, son of Zeus and Maia.
Polydectes
king of the island of Seriphos when Perseus and Danae arrived. fell in love with Danae, but Perseus kept him at a distance, trying to protect his mother. So, Polydectes made a plot to get rid of him. Told him to give him the gift of Medusa's head

Andromedia
daughter of King Cepheus and Queen Cassiopeia. chained to a rock, in order to be sacrificed to the monster. However, the hero Perseus was nearby and heard of the imminent death , so he killed the monster with a knife. Became her husband and kid is Electryon+8 others.
Theseus
one of the most loved hero's in Athens. Hercules:cousin. Son of Aegeus, the Athenian King. When old enough, able to retrieve sword and shoes from underneath a rock left by his father. Killed beast on journey to father. Aridane helped him kill Minotaur and escape maze. Forgot to raise white flag, so father threw himself off cliff. Therefore he became king of Athens. Known as "the protector of the defenseless" Hippolytus was son. Phaedra was his wife. Found the note from his wife and asked Poseidon to curse Hippolytus.
Aegeus
king of Athens. Theseus if son. Jumped off cliff when he saw that the black flag had not be changed to white. Theseus became king after his death.
Aridane
she helped Theseus kill the minotaur and escape the maze. Was later found dead on an island that they had stopped at.
Hippolytus
Theseus's and Phaedra's son. strong athlete, hunter, despised love. Goddess of love, Aphrodite, made his mom fall in love with her son. Told Phaedra that disgusting and that he would never love her. Put under a curse by Poseidon that Theseus had told him to do because he found the note. Was killed by a sea creature.
Phaedra
Wife of Theseus and mother to Hippolytus. To punish Hippolytus for despising love, Aphrodite made her fall in love with her son. Found out that he didn't love her, so she left a note and killed herself.
King Mino
owned the Labyrinth maze with the Minotaur
Calypso
a nymph who rules the island of Ogygia. Falls in love with Odysseus and won't let him leave until Zeus told Hermes to help Odysseus escape
Nausicaa
the princess of the Phaeacians, who is very kind to Odysseus. Lives on an island called Scheria
Nestor
son of Neleus and Chloris in Greek mythology, and king of the city of Pylos. He was married to Eurydice. Telemachus asked him about his fathers fate at the end of the Trojan war.
Cerberus
a three-headed dog that guarded the entrance of the Underworld, allowing the dead to enter but letting none out. He was the son of Typhon and Echidna

the king of the Phaeacians. Showed Odysseus hospitality
