Inherited traits
Traits that are passed down from your parents. Theses traits will never change and are coded in your DNA.

Cells parts that determine what traits a living thing will have

(deoxyribonucleic acid) a complex molecule containing the genetic information that makes up the chromosomes.

Something that is similar to something else but different in some way.
Acquired behavior
Gotten through environmental forces; acquired characteristics (such as a suntan or a broken nose) cannot be passed on.
