Pair with: Seafood, cheese plate, strawberry/kiwi.

Firm tannins, ripe berries, smoke, chocolate, smoke, vanilla, cherry, grippy tannins. Mildly tart in a mineral way.
Pairs well with beef, lamb, spicy food, matured and hard cheeses.
