Private groups that are active in humanitarian, educational, health care, human rights, environmental, and other areas to bring changes. These groups are not directly controlled or created by any official state or any official political organization.

sovereignty
the authority of a state or person to govern themselves
state
a nation or territory organized as part of a political unit under one government

a person with responsibilities in a state who has no rights or very limited rights

an area of land under the jurisdiction of a ruler or state; an organized division of a country that is not yet admitted to the full rights of a state or province.
