LEAD schools is a two-day event each fall which has educational training seminars, and opportunities to network. The overall focus is based on overall improvement and development.
LEAD Provincial Conferences are three-day events in the spring that include banquets and provincial council meetings.
I should participate in both to get all that i can get out of the two programs so I can maximize my personal growth and development
23. What is the Chapter Management Program? What are the three levels a chapter can achieve? What level is every chapter expected to achieve?
- Chapter Management Program is a program managed online through the Deltasig Hub, is the method of formal communication between the national Fraternity. The levels represent basic operational requirements in recruitment, membership, finances, professional and service programs, and leadership development. All chapters are expected to reach the first level: Accredited Chapter. Second level: Chapter of Recognition.Third level: Chapter of Excellence.
24. Explain the Educational and Leadership Consultant program in your own words.
The educational and leadership consultant program is when education and leadership consultants and staff members visit chapters to educate other members based on information of the chapters operations and the opportunities that are available in the chapters.The visits have public relation meetings with various members of the chapter. These meetings improve the operations and help the challenges that the organization faces.

An ideal member of Delta Sigma Pi is someone who always supports the fraternity and commits themselves to the fraternity. They always give the best of their ability and recieive the favor.

The ideal chapter is when every member of the fraternity strives to be the best member they can. Through the officers they maintain contact with all members including alumni and present members. The ideal chapter also sponsors successful programming and shows the campus community it.
