Noah and the Flood/covenant
The story in which God commands Noah to build an Ark for his family and animals to protect them from the flood God sends to cleanse the earth of wickedness and lawlessness. Noah, his family, and the animals become the source of new life on the earth. God promises not to flood the earth with the sign of the rainbow.

Joseph was one of the youngest of 12 sons of Jacob
Jacob favored Jospeh the most and gave him a coat of many colors which made all of his siblings hate him
Joseph had dreams about them bowing down to him so his brothers plotted to kill him but ended up throwing him in a well
Seeing a caravan passing by, they sold Joseph into slavery for 20 pieces of silver
Joseph in Egypt
Once enslaved he was accused of trying to sleep with a slave owner so he was thrown in prison
He interprets a butler and chef's dreams and the butler remembers this when Pharaoh starts having weird dreams so Josephs interprets them
He says there will be 7 years of good harvest and 7 years of famine so they need to save as much corn for the time of famine
Pharaoh is amazed with this advice so he makes Joseph his chief advisor and makes him powerful;
Sees his siblings again and tests them until finally revealing he is still alive and they all move to Egypt breaking the covenant
