** How do skeletal, smooth, and cardiac muscles differ?
Skeletal muscles are smooth and help you move.
Smooth muscles are involuntary and work automatically.
Cardiac muscles are involuntary and found only in the heart.
** How do the respiratory and circulatory systems provide oxygen to the body and get rid of carbon dioxide?
Air is breathed in, bloom takes the oxygen from the air in the lungs and carries it to the cells. Then carbon dioxide is breathed out.
** Describe the path of blood through the body.
Blood collects on the right side of the heart, which sends it to the lungs where it gets oxygen. Then the left side of the heart collects the oxygen rich blood and sends it to the body, which needs oxygen. The path starts again when the blood needs oxygen and returns to the heart.
