Mutual recognition model of nurse licensure/Enhanced Nursing Licensure Compact: allows nurse to have one license and to practice in other states that participate in this model of nursing regulation. à 19 states have adopted this model. Allows nursing to travel to another state without needing to get a new license.
What does mutual recognition allow?
Protects the public. Does not allow persons to practice without a license.
What does the state board of nursing do?

What can lead to a nurse going on suspension or revoking of their license?
