Tomato Soup:

Garlic Naan
(follow food wishes video)
Dough:
1/2 c warm water
pinch sugar and pinch salt
1 pack dry yeast
a bit of yogurt
2-ish cups of bread flour
fry in:
1 stick butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Pizza (sauce)
Making your own pizza dough is exhausting and wholly unrewarding, just buy that shit.
then put pizza sauce on it:
MAKE this in advance and freeze it into cubes via ice-tray.
14 oz canned tomato sauce
add: salt, pepper, garlic butter, onion powder, italian seasoning, and sugar.
simmer together until good
also tasty on pasta
top with hella spinach, mozzarella, tomato, olives, green onions, etc
bake for maybe 10 minutes on 350 (just follow the dough instructions)
dip in ranch.
Alfredo (sauce)
start pasta
(If you making with chicken or tofu, cut into slices and pat it with cracked black pepper, then pan fry medium heat until cooked through, maybe 2 minutes. remember to flip em around a little.)
make garlic butter (minced garlic and butter simmered), add chicken broth & cream, then Parmesan and mozarella, then add salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and sugar.
also good with asparagus, brocccoli, or tomatoes.
Mac N Cheese
start pasta
microwave even parts cheese and milk until melty, and stir into pasta.
optional: sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake for 5 minutes. Make much crunch, very satisfy.
Greens
I like collard and kale best. Spinach and arugula are cool too. But turnip greens are for evil people.
Please for gods sake wash the greens before you cook them. just.... please.
optional: greens made with pork fat are delicious. you can just chop up bacon and cook it with them.
cut up or pull apart your WASHED greens and put H E L L A greens into your pan, like WAY more than you think. Put them in with a little water or chicken stock and stir them around until they start to wilt. Add in lots of lemon juice and salt.
I know this isnt the proper method. I was raised to cook them properly, HOWEVER honestly i cant be bothered. this is just how i do it.
Cheese chips
literally just clice cheese and back it until it bubbles and flattens out. let it cool and eat it.
Irish Potato & Leek Soup
Sautee 3 leeks, 1 onion, 1 rib celery, all roughly chopped for 20 minutes with 1 stick butter.
add 2 lbs. golden potatoes, diced along with rosemary, thyme, dill, garlic, maybe basil, salt and pepper. simmer for 15 minutes until taters are soft-ish.
Add 5 cups broth and 1 head of cauliflower, roughly chopped. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes.
immersion blender that shit.
sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chives to top.
