zygote
A fertilized egg, produced by the joining of a sperm and an egg.(diploid cell-2n)
embryo
A developing organism, from fertilization through the first 8 weeks of development.
implantation
the organic process whereby a fertilized egg becomes implanted in the lining of the uterus
morula
A solid ball of cells that makes up an embryo; in humans, this stage occurs within four days of fertilization.
blastula

differentiation
Is the development of a cell from an unspecialized to a specialized state. (caused by gene expression)
