Once you have the hard drive opened in your files folder on your computer and the SD card is connected to your computer copy the folder titled, "DCIM" and once in this folder the folder you will need to copy is titled, in the case of my SD card "100JVCPQ" left clock to copy and to paste in the external hard drive and you're good to go.
