Homemade wheat bread made with Shiner Bock beer and molasses baked in-house daily. One loaf of bread on a bread board, for every four people. 2 oz. silver bullet of honey butter.
French Fried Onions
13 oz. thinly cut lightly battered deep fried onions served on a paper lined plate. 4 oz. ramekin of border sauce.
Hand cut steak fries topped with melted Monterrey jack and cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and chopped green onion and sour cream. 4 oz. ramekin of ranch dressing.
4 or 6 large jalapenos stuffed with jumbo gulf shrimp, Monterrey jack cheese, cilantro and red bell pepper battered and deep-fried. Served on a bed of fried onions.
Shrimp, crawfish, mushrooms, and spinach in a white wine sherry sauce topped with Monterrey jack cheese, served with 8 pieces of thinly sliced garlic toast.

Tenderloin and a fresh jalapeno liver wrapped with bacon and served on a bed of grilled onions. 2 oz. ramekin of BBQ sauce.
Button mushrooms lightly battered and fried. 2 oz ramekin of the appropriate dressing, chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
Avocado Crab Stack
Jumbo Lump Crabmeat tossed in chipotle mayo stacked with diced avocados, pico de gallo, and topped with a cilantro / chive salad and served with tostada chips.
Lemon Pepper Zucchini
Buttermilk battered zucchini spears lightly battered and fried, sprinkled with lemon pepper. 3 oz. ramekin of ranch, chopped parsley and parmesan cheese spinkle.
