Are all artists born knowing how to draw? Is anyone?
No one is born knowing how to draw. Some artists, like Picasso, demonstrated exceptional drawing ability as young children. Others such as Paul Cézanne and Vincent van Gogh, did not show obvious drawing ability when they committed themselves to art.
Everyone must learn to draw whether it comes easily or not. Coming easily is part of the talent thing.
