Racism as Ordinary
"Post racial society"
Concept that a mode of thought or a widely shared practice determines significant social outcomes, usually without conscious knowledge

ex of Implicit bias which comes from representation and structure.
Children from both black and white schools were presented with a black doll and a white doll. Both black and white children showed a preference for the white doll when asked questions about which one was nicer, which one they would play with, which one looked bad, etc. These findings exposed internalized racism in African-American children, self-hatred that was more acute among children attending segregated schools.
