Neo-conservatives

Contract with America
Republican offering to voters led by Georgia's Newt Gingrich. It promised an assault on budget deficits and radical reductions in welfare programs. It resulted in the Welfare Reform Bill signed by Clinton in 1996
NAFTA
North American Free Trade Agreement creating in 1993 a free-trade zone in Mexico, Canada and US.
