Person who discovers armorer will notify central, they will attempt to make contact. If contact cannot be made then they will notify Fire, NCOIC S4A, S4 NCIOC, S4 CC, S3 superintendent, 647 SFS CC. After situation, Armorer and NCOIC will conduct joint inventory. Incident will be annotated on the 1473.
Fire procedures (inside armory)
Sound the alarm by notifying central, attempt to put out fire, if it cannot be extinguished, secure window, evacuate and lock door. Assist fire with entry.

Use AF FM 440, obtain as much info as possible, bomb location, type of bomb, what will set it off, and when it is set to explode.
Natural disasters procedures:
Do not evacuate unless told by CC, if evacuating, grab as many 1297s and radios as possible, secure window & door, relocate. After, complete inventory and assess damage. If damage is too bad, relocate to alternate armory and post an alarmed guard at the door.
Individual must present a memorandum signed by their CC & endorsed by 647 CC. Memorandum will have serial number, number/type, individuals authorized to pull weapon, contact info, qual dates, and DEROs
Who receives a 1297 for courtesy storages?
Individual with weapon and armory.
How often will NCIOC re-validate agreement with courtesy weapons owners?
Every 6 months.
Transient aircraft weapons procedures:
Same procedures as courtesy storage in addition to TDY/ Element orders. Armory will also store ammo for air crews.
1297 will be made in duplicate, one to owner and one to the armory. Each weapon will have a tag affixed to it with owners name,rank, social, weapon type, serial, duty phone, and date turned in. Store weapon and give person af fm 1314 and dd fm 2760
Permanent withdraw of POWs
Owner will need to sign reverse side of AF FM 1314 or 1297 for each weapon being permanently withdrawn. Memorandum from their commander relinquishing custody must include weapon type and serial number.
