Summarize what happens in the light-dependent reactions (LDR) and also for the light-independent reactions (LIR). Be sure to identify the specific locations within the chloroplasts that these take place.
LDR: sunlight and H20 are taken inand move through photosystem 2. The electrons then become full of energy and move through the ETC where they slowly lose more energy. In photosystem 1 they ¨refuel¨ with energy. They then move through the NADP reductase and then through the ATP synthase and on to LIR.
LIR: start with 6 C02 and move to PGA where 12 ATP become 12 ADP and 12 NADPH become 12 NADP+. Then in G3P you have 12 ccc that become Glucose. In GSP you have 10 ccc and 6 ATP become 6 ADP. And in RUBP you have 6 ccccc. You then restart the cycle.
