Last year I changed my life . First I thought I was a healthy person , but in reality I ate badly, drinking too much alcohol and led a life totally sedentary . In the morning I went to the office in the car , at noon I ate a ham sandwich , a sigaertta smoked and drank a beer at the canteen . after work watching TV . one day the doctor told me that my cholesterol was too high and that correco serious risks . So I decided I had to change my habits to live a healthier life
Now I go to the offce on foot and walking for about forty minutes. At noon I eat a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce and drink a glass of mineral water. I do not smoke any more. when I get home in the evening , my wife and I go to the gym to do aerobics and then do a dinner read. we sold the television. over the weekend we go for long walks in the countryside or go play football with our friends . Sometimes I go to see my wife play tennis . I also decided to become a coach of a football club for children. as a child I was a very good player and I hope I remember everything .
