Esophagus
The long straight tube that connects the pharynx to the stomach
Pancreas
The organ that lies behind the stomach and that makes digestive enzymes and hormones that regulate sugar levels
Liver
Organ that makes bile (liquid that helps digestion), stores and filters blood, and stores excess sugars
Gallbladder
A sac-shaped organ that stores bile produced by the liver
Kidneys
Pair of organs that that filter water and wastes from the blood and that excrete products as urine

The microscopic filters in the kidney that remove wastes from the blood
