Management of tourism: Car access restricted transport runs on "clean" electricity, electric vehicles used for waste disposal, collection and deliveries.
Economic impacts: Raises housing costs, only creates low paid seasonal jobs, needs costly infrastructure and safety measures, traditional shops, were replaced with high end shops, houses are normally vacant.
Social impacts: unaffordable housing, traditional customs changed, young people cannot get on the property ladder, a lot of tension between locals and British home owners, very congested, there is a lot of people.
