The downfall is that people tend to overeat when offered food by others despite hunger signals or lack thereof, leading them to eat more than they should and lead to obesity. the same concept applies when exercising with a partner you both tend to lose weight.

influence food choice because they persuade buyer to buy more, convivence, brand loyalty
what type of food do people often prepare and why?
foods that are accessible, quick and easy to prepare, and within their financial means, maybe frozen food or food that take between 15 to 20 minutes, using less than a half dozen ingredients because it is easy and convenient
what is the downfall of convivence food?
most people eat fast food that is high in sodium and saturated fat low in other nutrient such as calcium, fiber, iron, because it is low cost
why do people buy convivence food, how to fix it?
food that healthy such as fruits and vegetables, nuts, fish, cost more then food like refined grain, meat, process foods ect. even milk is more expensive then soda, to fix the problem to have to make healthy stuff cheaper unhealthy expensive
