What kind of basal cell do you have to worry about? Describe it briefly.
How do you remove it?
Morpheaform (sclerosing) basal cell - Looks like there are finger-like projections of tumour cells along the epithelium. In between them there's proliferation of connective tissue.

Smaller nuclei + lots of cytoplasm is pink. You'll also see the large keratin whirls
