Idiopathic vasculitis of medium and small vessels characterized by necrotizing granulomatous inflammation
Starts as limited disease of the upper respiratory tract and can lead to pulmonary, renal and disseminated vasculitis

Sinonasal symptoms: Chronic or recurrent sinusitis
trauma, infection, autoimmune diseases (GPA), neoplastic, chronic use of nasal steroids and decongestants, cocaine abuse
