Central Office-the national administrative headquarter of DSP for both the frat and leadership foundation
Executive Director- is in charge of the central office and has a paid full time staff of directors and admin. personnel.
BOD- is a group of elected, unpaid volunteers who serve as the executive, legislative and judicial body of the frat. during the interim sessions between Grand Chapter Congress. The exec. director reports to the BOD

LEAD School- are scheduled across the country usually in october or november. Usually one day and include many educational sessions
LEAD Provincial Conference- conducted annually for each province usually in Feb/March usually Friday-Sunday, educational sessions, banquet, provincial council meeting

to better myself, personally, professionally, and fraternally. To better leadership skills and support the frat and have fun

-When educational and leadership consultants visit campus they include business meetings, training, and discuss chapter operation
-Chapter operating documents are reviewed, discussed and updated
-Visits also include talk of member benefits
