I plan on using this Old Testament information I have learned within a ministry context in the following ways...
1. Discipling youth with my husband; being a group that dives deeper than the surface and presenting it in a Bible storytelling way that was presented in class
2. Being able to reach my family by just simply knowing and understanding more information
3. Explaining what the Old Testament is to others and showing that it is not as intimidating as it seems
I have grown more confident in discussing the difficult Old Testament concepts in the following ways...
I never thought I would be able to read through the entire Bible, especially the Old Testament. It seemed so intimidating and impossible for me to read/understand. This class gave me the push to (1) read the entire Bible and (2) understand the concepts within it. I have enjoyed learning everything we have discussed in class and being able to go and tell my family what I have learned. I am more confident in my ability to read and process the Old Testament and in how I present the Bible stories to those around me.
