Joseph Stallin, the president of Russia believes that if the US joined the war sooner than all the thousands of Russians died would have still been alive.

President Richard Nixons strategy for ending U.S involvement in the vietnam war, involving a gradual withdrawl of American troops and replacement of them with South Vietnamese forces

A reduction in a country's ability to wage war, achieved by disbanding its armed forces and prohibiting it from acquiring weapons.
