a phrase made up of a gerund and its modifiers and complements
Infinitive
a verb form that is often preceded by the word -to, can act as a noun, adjective, or adverb
Infinitive Phrase
a phrase phrase made up of an infinitive and all of its modifiers and complements; sometimes -to is not included but is implied
