A states power to control a state or territory as well as to shape the foreign policy of other nations
What is a state (in geopolitics)?
Independent political (not homogeneous) unit with recognizable boundaries
What is a nation (geopolitics)?
Group of people sharing a culture but no recognizable boundaries
What is a nation-state (geopolitics)?
Homogeneous group of people that are governed by their own state with defined boundaries

What purpose does Inclusionary serve? Give Example

To keep people and immigration out.

Straight lines, following natural barriers, forced/exclusionary
