5. Consider potential consequences of all options
6. evaluate the selected course of action
7. Implement the course of action
Value Based Virtue Approach
Focuses not on what the counselor should DO, but rather on how HOW and WHO the counselor should be.

Reflect on values, weather personal or of the client.
ex. gift giving and what that means.
