How are they different?
-An impairment in language
-Caused by a brain injury such as a stroke
Phonemic paraphasic errors are common -> example saying "lar" instead of "car"
In disorganized speech (symptom of psychosis), pronunciation is good, the problem is the logical connection between what they are saying
