T: very pale
P: submerged, thin and forceless
Be careful with Ma Huang dosage, too high can aggravate condition

I: Early stage Intestinal Abscess
S/S: lower abdominal distension and pain (R), worse with pressure with rebound tenderness and guarding, pain in groin relieved by flexing hip & knee R) and worse with hip extension; may have mass on lower right quadrant of abdomen and irregular, intermittent fever followed by chills & sweat
T: thin, yellow greasy coat
P: slippery, rapid
Extreme caution with weak or elderly pts
