Gonzales v. Raich:

California mad a law that legalized marijuana for medical use. The Federal govt had laws restricting marijuana, so the Court had to decide if Congress had the ability to control intrastate commerce. The Court ruled with Congress because the law affected interstate commerce and affected national markets.
Gill v. Whitford:

(2017) Wisconsin Republicans gerrymandered the state voting boundaries to enhance Republican victories while maintaining population balances and minority protections. The Court did not completely resolve the issue, but ruled that the opposing party must prove that the gerrymandering was harmful against basic voting rights.
