On palpation knee is hot to touch & tender around patellar. ROM of RT knee is decreased. LT knee is without swelling, redness, tenderness or heat.
•Distal pulses equal bilaterally.
•Patellar reflex is 2+ on LT & poorly accessible on RT. Sensation intact on LT knee & RT knee is hypersensitive
