A moving clot that moves through the bloodstream until it gets lodged in a vessel

Atherosclerosis

hardening and narrowing of the arteries due to fatty build-up

Angina (or angina pectoris)

Chest pain due to inadequate blood flow to the heart

Permanent death to a part of the heart muscle due to lack of blood flow; another term for "heart attack"

TIA (transient ischemic attack)
