Useful
How convenient, practical and beneficial a product is. How far it goes in meeting the use of the audience. Find the users opinion as to what will make the product useful
Desirable:
How much of an advantage it has and if it is recommendable. Is it attractive to its audience? Does it look appealing? User interface must be attractive.
Accessible:
How easy it is to access it. E.G Disability, age, gender etc.
Credible:
How reliable it is. Design element which influence the users trust
Findable:
Design elements - Are they easy to find. Navigation and whether the objects can be located easily.
Valuable:
How much the product is worth. Is it valued. Good user experience.
