Apprehension Test for anterior shoulder dislocation

The patient is positioned in supine with the arm flexed to 90 degrees of abduction and 90 degrees of elbow flexion. The therapist laterally rotates the patient's shoulder. A positive test id indicated by a look of apprehension or a facial grime prior to reaching end point.
