Quote: "If more people can arrive at that understanding, I believe we will be able to accomplish meaningful reform."
Paraphrase: This quote considers that in order to better how law enforcement handles certain situations, they need a meaningful reform rather than defunding. As well, this source shows the experiment with defunding the police, and mentioning how it failed when it was tried. However, this source does seem a little biased, and full of emotionally loaded diction, making only a few points actually reliable.
Plan for Use: This quote will be used to include a possible way to reform the law enforcement training and way of handling things, however not all of the information will be used as it seems biased at some points throughout the source.
