What does Place relate to in the marketing mix?
The way in which the product will be distributed or the service offered to the customer

What is meant by distribution channels?
Producers can decide if they will sell goods direct or indirectly, this could be via a middle man such as a wholesaler
What is direct channels?
Goods sold through the business website, by catalouge, door to door, over the phone, in farm shops and by party plan
What is Indirect Channels?
This mean involving other people in the process
