Palm Heel Strike
Begin with the palms of your hands facing somewhat upward at neck level. While extending your arm straight out, (don not hook) rotate hand so fingers are pointing up. Twist of hand should happen just before impact. Contact with heel of palm.
Can be done from side, backward, forward and downward. Always drive the elbow through the target. Twisting with shoulders and hips adds power.
If being choked (front or back) throw both your arms up, twist quickly, and drop your body to break the hold.
rotate hand quickly from the inside going outward.
