Measure of the Angle
The measure of an angle is the size of an angle, which is measured in degrees or radians.
Two angles whose measures have a sum of 90 degrees are called complementary angles.
Two angles whose measures have a sum of 180 degrees are called supplementary angles.
A linear pair is a pair of adjacent angles formed by intersecting lines. Angles 1 and 2 below are a linear pair. Linear pairs of angles are supplementary.

An angle that has a measure of more than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees.
