Chloroquine = intraerythrocytic.
Mefloquine = chloroquine resistance (falciparum)
Anti-TB
(all cause liver failure)
Rifampin = (orange secretions).
Isoniazid = prophylaxis (B6, myositis, SLE, P450, seizures).
Pyrazinamide = (increased uric acid, B6).
Ethambutol (Impaired color vision)
