Update 4:25 p.m. PT: Maintenance is finished and went off without a hitch. We were down for a total of five minutes, from 4:10-4:15 p.m. PT.
Update 2:20 p.m. PT: We're on schedule to begin planned maintenance shortly after 3 p.m. PT.
As students are gearing up for finals, the Quizlet team is hard at work making sure our website is stable and available for all of our users so you can prepare to ace your end-of-year exams. To ensure that studying for your finals goes smoothly, we will be down for approximately 30 minutes starting after 3 p.m. PT this Friday April 28th to perform necessary maintenance on the Quizlet website.
Our team’s #1 goal is to keep Quizlet up and speedy, so we only do maintenance that requires taking the site offline when we absolutely need to. We chose Friday afternoon because our data shows that’s when fewer students study on Quizlet, but we know this still might interrupt your studying.
If you download the Quizlet app to your iOS or Android device, you can study there while we’re down as we support offline studying. If you sign into your account on the app when connected to wifi or data, you’ll be able to study any set in your Latest feed while we’re doing maintenance on the Quizlet website.
We’ll be posting updates on Twitter regularly, and will update this blog post when the maintenance has been completed and the site is back up.
