Credit guard could be a great help in order to keep your credit transactions be on track. Aside from monitoring every transaction your account has made, credit guard company can also negotiate with your lenders to lower your monthly fees and can help you decrease your account's interest rate. One of their service is that they notify you whenever anyone had access in your account. Hence, it will be sooner and easier for you to know that there is a theft trying to use your account.

If this happened, you can request for credit freeze wherein the credit bureaus will deny any transaction that your account will make. This would help to mitigate the possibility for the thief to use your identity or your account in his/her future buys.
