The author of the problem probably did not intend to mark the densities of the liquids since the liquid density is required to be calculated. In the calculations bellow we will just ignore the densities marked on the sketch. The original intention seems to be the pipe filled with the liquid of unknown density on the bottom third of the long pipe, and filled with negligible density air in the upper part. This assumption will be justified with calculation.
