According to fair credit reporting act, a consumer has the right to know or to see his credit report. It even provide a free copy every 1212 months. And that for incorrect or incomplete information or report, the bureau of credit must delete the said incorrect or incomplete information.

Therefore, if you know that you have a good credit report yet it is different from the record of the bureau of credit, you have every right to argue about it by the fair credit reporting act.
