For example, it would be impossible to rock climb and talk on the phone at the same time, firstly because of physical limitations, we need all hands on deck in order to rock climb, but also because of the cognitive load. It is dangerous to rock climb, and it requires a lot of concentration, so to do anything simultaneously while rock climbing is not a good idea. But maybe, a person can find themselves thinking about tomorrow while rock climbing, which would be easier if the climbing route is well known and not too difficult.
