Define citizenship and give an example of good citizenship.
Citizenship indicates the relationship of an individual and his/her nation or state. When you are a citizen to a particular state, you swear allegiance to it. In turn, you are entitled to its protection. Good citizenship involves positive attitude and behaviors that reinforce ties to the community and state. Examples of these behaviors include obeying laws, being friendly to the other members of the state, and helping maintain the cleanliness and order of the surroundings.
